The start of 2007 was sooooo busy..... that i actually forgot about the 'existence' of this blog.... blah blah blah..... Well, i hope all of you started the new year with a big bang!!!! and lots of wonderful 'fireworks'. Khim, to answer your question: as usual we do ask students to get examples of company practices whenever possible to get more realistic with the industry... but I do not know who is Kimberly & there is no tutor here named Aloysius. On the hind side, I am some that you all have 'matured' to being able to highlight some bad behaviours & attitudes. I can understand how disappointed you are when faced with such rude and unreasonable demand. As HR people, we have more 'chances' to encounter such incidences as we deal with people...... but then, it's definitely a good learning opportunity to polish up our soft skills, patience and also to bring out the gentler side of us, isn't it?? :)
